20min AMRAP:

400m Run
5 Power Snatch @60/40kg
5 OHS
5 Back Squat
5 Behind the Neck STOH

Target: unbroken barbell work.

This workout is a modification of “the Kentplex”. The idea is to do unbroken set. Power Snatches are TnG.

BUT you can do this workout also with dropping the bar as many times as you want. Then it is a bit different workout and you can have a faster pace. Tailor the loading to fit your fitness level.
