A1. Bench press – 4 x 5-7 @ 78+%, rest 1:30 before A2
A2. Incline DB row – 3 x 10-12 @ RPE 8 (2 RIR), rest 2:00 before A1
Do your 1st set @ 78%1RM, aiming for 7 reps (but at least 5). Then build up across the sets if possible.
