Complete one 5 minute AMRAP, rest 2 minutes, then repeat.

Ball Slam – 10 Reps
Push Up – 10 Reps (Rx Clapping)
Box Jump – 5 Reps

*Box Jump must be performed by landing with hips above parallel.
