2 Parts of Heavy Sh*t Workout

PART 1

1min AMRAP back squats @ body weight or as close as possible (no rack allowed)
1min Rest
1min AMRAP burpees over bar.
1min Rest
5 rounds

Score is total number of accumulated reps of squats and burpees combined.

PART 2

3min after the final set of burpees, you have 4 minutes to build up to a 5RM deadlift.
