Back squat - 135 - 185 - 225
I felt pretty good about this, the last time we did back squats for #s, I one rep max'd at 225, so to 3 rep it, felt great!
Deadlift - 185 - 245 - 265
We did a 5 rep max about 2 weeks ago and I maxed at 5 reps with 260, so I gained 5 lbs per rep in 2 weeks, woot!

21-15-9 took me 2:03, RX'd, sadly I could of beaten 2 minutes but my freaking shorts fell down and messed up my double unders :-)
