I got all 15 of 45# thrusters...I got to 11 on 55# and 10 on 55#. Boo.

For toes to bar, I could only get 10 unbroken each set.
For ring dips I got 8-10 unbroken, using a rubber band for assistance.

Not my best strength day! Oh well.
