5 Toes 2 Bar
6 Shoulder 2 Overhead 40/30kg
7 Box Step Ups
8 Lunges
9 Sit Ups
10 Ring Rows
11 KB Swings 24/16kg
12 Front Squats 60/40kg

*Perform as following. Exercise 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1 etc.
