Buy In- Row 500 meters/run 400
then,
30-20-10
Hang Power Clean 95/65
Pull-up
Kettlebell swings 24/16
Burpees
Did the first half of the 30 round w/65#, but my hands were so cold i could not feel the bar & kept dropping it, so I dropped the 10's & scaled to 45#. Cold hands were definitely a contributing factor to not being able to hold on to the HPC & pull-ups. :(
Note: need to also shave these caloused hands! Bleck~
