I think I may be doing too many warm-up sets but we'll see when the weight gets heavier. Goal - work up to 3@185

5x3 @ 135 (box squats to warm up; 16")
4x3 @ 155
3x3 @ 165
2x3 @ 175
1x3 @ 185
Assist - 3 rounds 10 GHD back ext, 10 GHD situps (the GHD and I are becoming good friends)
Lunges against the bands.
