Deadlift (BW x 1.5) (310lbs) - a little more than the formula prescribed
Bench Press (BW x 1.0) (200lbs)
Cleans (.75 x BW) (150lbs)

Note: substituted deadlifts for back squats - my hip flexors were really sore today.
