11.04.11 Deadlift FRIDAY! Workout

I did 10 burpees before the WOD as penance.

10 Rounds for Time
5 Body Weight Deadlifts (200#)
5 Barbell Rollouts
20 Double Unders

Most of my time went to the barbell rollouts, i really tried to ensure I had proper form. I suck at them. The end.
