10x30sec sprints Workout
10 x 30 seconds (all out efforts). 2 minute recoveries (once 2min has expired, start roll in effort for the next).
Had to row this one again. I tried really hard to keep it above 350 watts. I believe the max I saw was 406. I don't feel like I can match my running intensity when doing this on the rower.
