Last time I tried this I did about twenty so really pleased with the result.
Endurance
10K - 45 minutes
This was the first time I had run anything longer than a 5K since the half-marathon I did back in March. Really pleased with my time as this was my goal all along! I think I also might have PR'ed my 5k since I was running on negative splits but I am not sure. Fun WOD.
