100's Workout

100 air squats (hips down past the knees)
100 push-ups
100 abmat sit-ups
*Can be broken up any way you like example 10 air squats, 10 push-ups, 10 abmat sit-ups 10 rounds, or 25 of each 4 rounds... doesn't matter.
This is for time - so your result will be your time this is what you will enter. You can also enter how you felt doing it - example easy, hard, etc....
