THE WORKOUT 10 OTM
- OTM 1 perform one set of 10 or 6 back squats and rest the remaining time of the minute. Then on
- OTM 2 perform 5 or 3 front squats and rest the remaining time etc.
Choose a appropriate weight and perform quality reps. 10min total 50 (30) back and 25 (15) front squats. Results total weight.
5 sets x 10 (6) Back Squats
5 sets x 5 (3) Front Squats
