10′s @ 50% of 1 RN or BW @165

5′s @ 70% of 1RM @205

3′s @ 80% of 1RM @225

1 @ 90+% of 1RM

This was deceptively hard. I reached muscle fatigue in the last set of 10 and that 165 got HEAVY!
