3 Power Cleans 135/95 MOD 75
6 Push Ups
9 Squats
Perform 5- 3 min AMRAPS. Resting one minute between each round. Start each round where you left off in the previous round.
PR baby! In October, I did 17+1 rounds at 75lbs. Decided to keep the same weight (heavy!) and try to beat my # of rounds. I miscounted on round 4 and wasn't sure if I did 3 or 4 rounds... so I went with 3, to be safe. And I still made a PR, rounds = 18!!
