3 Shoulder Press on the minute for 9 minutes at 60%
Rest 5 min:
8 Rounds of Max Reps
20 sec Push Press 75/45
10 sec Rest
20 sec Alternating Jumping Lunges
10 sec Rest
95# for the shoulder press.
223 Reps.... Roughly 150 of them were just plain brutal. My Quads still hurt from the Chief, so the Jumping lunges really took there toll. Not a fun WOD for the legs.
