It's a tough one when you look forward to the running portion of the workout. This workout was all about making it to the end (without passing out). I did 50lbs for hang squat cleans (though I need to work on form) and 1st round I did blue band and went down to ring rows after. Was surprised at how bad I was struggling with ring rows too. But I made it!
