RX. 110#, 24". 5 rounds +10 box jumps. Crashed on round 4 of box jumps. Could've easily gotten 6 rounds... Legs were pretty tired from thruster/burpee workout yesterday.

Recovery is still good. Would've been way more sore if I hadn't had post-WOD whey protein.
