06-27-2011 WOD - 200m Run, Box Jumps, Squats, DU's Workout

I couldn't do the crazy burpee wod today because of the burn healing on my wrist. I did however still decide to torture myself with DU's.

200m Run
10 Box Jump
15 Air Squat
20 DU's
