B) Death by burpee & double under
8-10 burpee
10-15-20-25... double under or 20-25-30.. single under
*Every minute on the minute burpee + double unders
*Start every minute with 8-10 burpees and then increasing reps double unders. First minute 8-10 + 10. Next minute 8-10 + 15 etc. Continue until you don't have time to finis double unders.
