This was definitely an endurance whoop-ass of a workout. Overall felt pretty good about it, just can't wait to get my endurance higher !
After the workout I then did max rep tire jump on the 2 stacked tires which is roughly 40" in height - max rep 10. Last time I tried this I maxed out at 3, so heck yeah!
