Hand Release Push-up

Ring Dips managed 3 then modded to green band dips.

Wallball 20/14

Then:

End with 50 Double Unders

Actually did all the double unders. Took forever, going one at a time. Actually managed 2 at a time on a few tries. Frustrating to not go fast, but better to do it correctly than continue avoiding something I'm terrible at. Also, wall balls were much much easier with correct form. Shock.
