05-20-11 Brian's Birthday WOD Workout
3 Rounds:
11 HSPU: on the Box 1st round was a L position with feet on box. Last two rounds kneeled on box. Head didn't make it the ground every time.
11 Pull-up: First round blue band, but couldn't get my chin over bar for the second half. Rounds 2 and 3 i did ring rows.
11 Clapping Push-up: No clapping push ups for me. Mod round 2 and 3 with knees on floor

33 T2B: My toes didn't make it to the bar.
33 DU’s: One day, one day. Did 99 singles.
