50ft Bear Crawl
10 ABMAT
50ft Bear Crawl
10 Double Unders MOD to stick jumps
Still suck at all jump rope related stuff, so modded to stick jumps (over and back =1, 10 reps).
Burned out badly on the stick jumps, not happy with my performance. Should have pushed through, but head wasn't in the right place today.
Deadlift form deteriorated, rounded back as weight went up. Need to focus more on deadlift form on off days.
8.25 + 3 actual rounds.
