05-10-11 WOD Snatch Workout

Snatch Balance 2-2-2-2-2

Ended up with a 2 rep max of 125 lbs, need to work on form more before I attempt to go much higher.

Then,
10 Min Amrap
10 Hang Snatch 95 lbs
15 Hand Release Push Ups

Only did 3 rounds + 2 more hang snatches but it was worth it. I ensured every hand release push-up counted as well as every hang snatch was spot on with form. Felt good to earn the RX on this.
