15 min AMRAP

5 HSPU MOD: kneeling on box

10 Front Squats 95/65

20 Double unders

Result: 4+5 Rounds. Had a really rough time with the double unders.

Extra credit: 100 AbMats (1st 50 were with a 14lb medicine ball)
