On 30th June 2016, I bested my Cindy score with 22 rounds and 15 reps. I was very pleased with that and thought I would never better it.
Today, in the same spot and on the same bars, 24 rounds and 3 reps, a total increase of 48 reps. Functional programming is the future of fitness!
