    50 reps with the dial working on a braced core , hip kicj, speed under the bar and keeping the bar close to the body

  • Primal movement 1 Strength

    Walking lunges
    Sumo squats
    Bear crawl
    Reverse walking lunges

  • Primal movement 2 Strength

    Walking lunge rotation
    Walking press up
    Lizard walk
    Broad jump

  • Wall Walks Strength

    start close to a wall facing away from it.
    start from a press up position and place one foot up the wall then walk your hands in and feet up the wall .
    hold for 2 seconds at the top and walk back down perform 10

  • Over Head Lunges Strength

    with a bumper plate over head perform 20 walking lunges

  • Single Leg Squats Strength

    using a box with variation of difficulty.

  • Hand stand push up Strength

    Using a box place feet on box having hips above shoulders on a scale of difficulty
