We have made it a bit easier for gym owners to take care of their daily, weekly, monthly and random tasks.
The todo manager is simple yet efficient way to stay updated what tasks have already been done and what needs to be done at your box. Especially, when you have shared the responsibilities between your staff, the todo manager becomes a very handy tool. So, no more post-its and lost information - manage all your todos in one place.
You’ll find the todo manager from the gym owner dashboard.
Basic information about the todos:
- All todos are visible for all the owners of your gym
- Every todo must have a due date and a description
- You can attach a member to a todo
- If todos are attached to a member, you can see them also on the profile of the member
- When a todo is marked as done, it’ll be saved in to the log where you can see who marked it done and when

Add the description and due date. Attaching a member is optional.
When a todo has been created, you'll find it under the To be done tab.
Once a todo is marked done, it'll be logged under the Done tab
