7.5m walking lunges (7.5m) 1x22.5/15kg overhead
8 burpee over DB
7.5m walking lunge
8 c2b pull upsLunge can be 10 step back on the spot if needed!
Post total rounds -

Metcon Workout
3-4 sets
40-60 double unders
10 power cleans @50/70kg (should be fast singles)
5 bar muscle ups / 5 c2b + 10 push ups

Warm up Workout

Front squat Strength
Build to Heavy 3 of Front Squat.
Barbell taken from rack or floor.
Time cap 12 minutes. This is not all time PR, just go up on weights and get heavy set of 3 reps. -
