Warm up with empty barbell or light weight:
2 x 5 Snatch push press BTN
2 x 5 Narrow grip OHS
2 x 5 High hang snatch pull
2 x 5 Hang snatch high pull
2 x 5 Snatch balance (lähtö varpailta ja vastaanotto "power" asennosta)
2 x 5 Hang muscle snatch
2 x 5 Hang power snatch5 Sets:
2 x Hang power snatch + 1 Power snatch bellow the kneeVoit käyttää remmejä.
