A) Snatch practice
EMOM for 12 minutes of:

Clean pull + Low hang clean + 1-2 Jerks with pause at dip & catch*Valitse painot siten, että voit keskittyä tekniikan harjoitteluun. Prosentiksi sopii 50-60%
C) Banded back squats
Tänään harjoitellaan kuminauhalla tehtävien takakyykkyjen tekemistä. Tarkoitus on opetella virittämään kyykkypaikat valmiiksi kuminauhalla tehtäviä kyykkyjä varten sekä totutella tekemään takakykkyjä kuminauhojen tuoman vastuksen kanssa.
Harjoituksella ei ole tulosperiaatetta ja tavoite on pedata sujuvuus tulevien kyykkysyklien sulavaan läpiajamiseen.
