3x10 Standing alternate KB Press Workout
3x10 Standing alternate KB Press.
Use 2xKB, Press one KB up, other one is in rack position. Alternate pressing arms. Rest as needed. Remember to squeeze your bum and keep your ribcage down. Rest as needed.
