3 waves to max clean & jerk (after every fail start another wave from 50% 1RM)

Partner workout (STOs and burpee pull-ups) Workout
5 min AMRAP:
Max reps Shoulder to overhead (50% of 1RM jerk). One partner is in plank hold while the other does STOs. Switch whenever needed. The rep does not count, if the other is not in the plank position.
Rest 2 min
5 min AMRAP:
Max reps Burpee pull-up. One partner is in active hang from the pull-up bar while the other does burpee pull-ups.

One and a quarter back squats 5 x 1 (approx. 75-80%/1RM bs)

Power cleans Workout
With Partner alternating times
2 sets
1+1 / 2+2 / 3+3 / 4+4 / 5+5 reps of power cleans
rest 3 minutes and repeat
use about 65-75% of 1rm clean.
I do 1 rep, you do 1 rep, I do 2 reps, you do 2 reps... until 5 reps for both completed. rest 3 min and repeat. -
