3 sets of:
8-10 + 8-10 barbell behind the neck walking lunge- leave 4 reps in the tank
- rest 2 min btw sets
Advanced can do front rack walking lunges with barbell

- leave 2-3 reps in the tank
- rest 3-4 min btw sets1 x 20
