15 min EMOM: farsegrip rengassoutu, kippausleuka ja renegade row. Workout
five rounds:
1st. min. False grip ring row 3-9 reps (as many as you can do with the false grip)
2nd. min. kipping pullup / chest to bar / belly to the bar, 3-9 reps, on bar or on rings
3rd. min. 10 x renegade row (16/24 kg / hand)Rest for the rest of the minute. All together 15 min.

Push press
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (3 reps)
start about 70% and add weight each set -
Clean and Jerk Complex: Pull+PC+PP+SJ Workout
7-10 rounds;
2 x Clean Pull
+
1 x Power Clean
+
1 x Push Press
+
1 x Split Jerk– Perform as a complex, but reset between pulls and power clean.
- Build loads each round as technique allows.
– Remove Push Press when/if it becomes the limiting factor. -
