One-arm Swing (i.e. 21 each),
Push-upRecord time, weight and other details.

5 rounds: Strict Pull-up, Wall Climb, Double Under, Rest. Workout
5 rounds,
1-5 x Strict Pull-up
2 x Wall Climb
30 x Double Under (or 10 x Backward Double Under)
Rest 60 seconds between each round.Record anything important!
