Treenin idea on kehittää liikekohtaista kapasiteettia. Treenissä tehdään kuusi kolmen minuutin amrappia. Jokainen amrap tehdään ygig periaatteella. Valitse sellaiset painot/skaalaukset, että pystyt tekemään liikkeet hyvällä tekniikalla.
Tavoite toistomäärät per setti: burpee box jump over: sets of 5 ddb hang c&j: sets of 5 bmu->sets of 2-4
