2 rounds for time;
30 x Sit-up
20 x Plate Ground to Overhead @ 20kg / 15kgRecord time and any scaling.

Clean Complex: Clean + 2 x Front Squat + Split Jerk Strength
1 x Clean + 2 x Front Squat + 1 x Split Jerk.
Add 1 Split Jerk each round until you have;
1 x Clean + 2 x Front Squat + 5 x Split Jerk.Record loads.

3 Rounds: 10 x Front Squat, 15 x Lateral Box Jump, 15 x CTB Pull-up Workout
3 rounds for time of:
10 x Front Squat @ 80/55kg (from floor)
15 x Lateral Box Jump @ 51/45cm
15 x Chest-To-Bar Kipping Pull-upRecord time, weight, scaling and other details.

Run 400 meters (or stairs)

8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of Sumo Deadlift High Pull, run 200m between each set.
