6 Rounds: 8 Lateral Box Jumps, 8 DB/KB Snatches Workout
6 rounds: 8 lateral box jumps (touch top), 8 DB/KB Hang Snatch.
Record time, weight, box height and other details.

20 minutes for quality and minimum rest:
