Olympic Lifting 09-09-2021 Workout
6 sets
2 x Power Clean + 2 x Front Squat; go every 1:30- Add weight for the first few sets and then hold consistent.
- Final week, aim to improve again if possible.

Deadlift 1x20 / 2x106 viikon maastavetoprogressio (VK 3/6), jossa sarjat ja toistot pysyvät samoina viikoittain, mutta kuorma kasvaa progression edetessä.
Lisää painoa 2,5-5kg viime viikon painoon (50-60%1RM). Käytä jokaisessa sarjassa samaa painoa.
