Endurance WOD Workout
Partner WOD 30 min AMRAP
10 box jumps (scale to step ups)
10 push ups or HSPU
10 Thrusters with DB or medicine ball
10 Calorie row
10 Burpees*example: while partner A completes 10 box jumps , partner B will do sit ups until the partner A completes box jumps. Then partners will switch, so partner who done box jumps will now do sit-ups while other partner does box jumps. This will be same for all 5 movements. Both partners will be working whether you are doing sit ups or one of the movements above.
