- 1.5-pood kettlebell swings, 15 reps
- 20 walking lunges

- one from above the knee and one from a low hang
- 8 to 10 sets
- moderate weight

Running, rowing and DUs Workout

3 rounds: 10m Double Kettlebell Walking Lunge Workout
Go as heavy as possible. Kettlebells should be in the front rack position. Rest between efforts as needed.

Deadlifts, squats and sled push Workout
3-4 rounds
- 8+8 single leg deadlift with dumbbells
- rest 60sec
- 12 cyclist squats with two kb`s
- rest 60sec
- 40m low sled push (go fast)
- rest 2min
