Wallball shots

*You go, I go. First you do all the pull-ups, then all the wallballs then lastly all the double unders.

Team Linda Workout
In teams of 3 for time:

Deadlift 120/80kg
Bench press 80/50kg
Squat clean 60/40kg*each member of the team does 10 deadlifts, then 10 bench press' and 10 squat cleans. Next round each member does 9 deadlifts, 9 bench press, 9 squat cleans etc. until the last round of singles. Done just like workout "Linda".
Timecap: 40 minutes.
