Perform every minute on the minute for 16min
- Odd: 6 Front squat ( start from floor)
- Even: 30 DUEtukyykkypaino: 60-70% 1 RM

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: 2-pos. snatch Strength
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: 2-position snatch (from top of the knee and then from the floor)

First a 15min AMRAP of
- 3-6-9-12-15... of Hang power snatch 50kg/35kg
- 200m run or row
Then have a nice 5 min rest and after that a
Second 15min AMRAP of
- 3-6-9-12-15... of overhead squats 50kg/35kg
- 200m row or run
