Push Press
4 x 4 @ moderate load. Rest 90s.
- Build to a moderate load roughly 80% of 1RM if known then perform three work sets with it.B)
Strict Pull-Up
Accumulate 30-40 Reps. Rest 60s-90s.
- Sets of 3-6 reps should be challenging
- Options: Weighted, BW, Negatives (about :05 per rep), Partner Assisted, Ring Rows -

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads
