25 Burpees
3 Power Cleans 205/1353 minute cap on each round. The the goal is to move steady through the Burpees, then move a heavy load on the Power Cleans under some duress. Score load used and times for each round.

30 Rounds For Time (20 minute cap):
- 5 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14)
- 3 HSPU
- 1 Power Clean (#225/135)19 Rounds at 20 Minute mark, finished out at even 20 rounds after whistle blew. Increased weight for Clean since last attempt, Rx'd HSPU ... progress feels good.
