6 Rounds of quality reps:
A1: 1-10 Kipping Pull Ups
Rest 60 seconds
A2: 1-10 Ring Push Ups
Rest 60 secondsAlternate between exercises until all rounds are done.
Choose a number of reps you are able to do on all sets.
If it was easy, just add one rep to all sets next week. -

AMRAP 10 minutes of:
10 Lateral burpees (bar over)

10 Lateral burpees

10 Lateral burpees

In the remaining time AMRAP Power Clean 60/40kg -
20 min Lunges Strength
Within 20 minutes:
10 Front Rack Lunges or Split SquatsBuild to heaviest set for the day of 5/5 reps and do 1-5 more sets at that weight

Slow Snatch tech Workout
Pick the bar up in slowmotion all the way to the end of your pull. Be slow like in a muscle snatch. Then explode and drop under the bar into a full squat snatch.
